Our Community

Supporting our Lacey-Olympia-Tumwater community is important to PIONEER. We are a local, small business and many of our team members grew up here and/or are raising families here. We feel privileged to work in this community that has so much to offer.

PIONEER proudly supports a variety of organizations within our community. We have also supported numerous schools in our area by purchasing advertising, sponsorships, donations, and volunteering our time and services.

PIONEER proudly supports the following organizations:

  • Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family
  • Homeless BackPacks
  • Local high schools
  • Local student sports teams

  • Black Hills High School

PIONEER has sponsored Black Hills High School, located in Tumwater, Washington, since 2010. Current sponsorships include corporate booster club memberships for the high school football team, boys' basketball team, and annual dinner and auction. Go Wolves!

  • Homeless BackPacks

  • the Salvation Army

Participating in the Salvation Army's Adopt-a-Family program is a holiday tradition at PIONEER. We have proudly participated in this program since 2005. PIONEER sponsors a large family, and the PIONEER team members get to play Santa by purchasing toys, clothes, groceries, and other requested items.
