Project Scientist/Project Manager
Angela Noyen has strong project management, strategic planning, logistics, and environmental science skills. She works well in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tasks, and collaborating with multifaceted teams to improve processes, identify and address potential issues, and achieve project goals. Angela brings leadership, attention to detail, and technical experience and expertise to every project. Her relaxed style belies her acute organizational skills and her ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. She has successfully managed large and small projects and is currently managing compliance tasks for an off-site drinking water sampling effort for a large per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) site. She is overseeing resident letter and bottled water programs, managing executive issues, and designing and leading the team that is creating and maintaining data dashboards which are used to communicate site conditions in real-time.
In addition to managing projects, she has performed multimedia investigations, human health risk assessments, and public health reviews. She has edited technical reports, guidance documents, and user’s guides, and analyzed large environmental datasets for MTCA, RCRA and CERCLA sites. She is also a PIONEER health and safety representative, and is Hazardous Waste Operation and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certified.
